Customer Service Operations Manager – Puhi/Lihue – Seeking a self-motivated, highly analytical, personable, organized and customer-centric person to join our close-knit organization delivering high quality customer service and garment care. The ideal candidate seeks to work in a fast-paced environment while engaging in daily customer service activities with a supportive team, has strong organizational skills, familiarity with retail sales operations, capacity to learn our POS system, multitask and the ability to work well in a team environment. Must be able to resolve customer service situations via phone, text and email, have superior attention to detail, and a willingness to jump in and do anything to get the job done. Must be able to work both independently and cross-functionally across multiple business functions, manage a team of delivery drivers, and work with the broader team to ensure customer orders are accurate, up to quality standards as well as picked up and delivered on time. Previous supervisory experience in a retail, restaurant or customer service environment required. Base pay based on experience and total compensation includes incentive bonus program.
