Commercial Laundry & Dry-Cleaning Operations Manager – Lihue/Puhi – Looking for an experienced, hands-on and results-oriented Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of a busy commercial laundry and dry-cleaning company.

This full-time senior leadership position is responsible for leading plant production, staffing, quality control, customer service, route coordination, equipment follow-up, safety compliance and overall operational performance. The operation serves hotels, restaurants, vacation rentals, commercial accounts and retail dry cleaning customers, and requires a manager who can balance production deadlines, quality standards, labor efficiency, equipment uptime, safety requirements and customer expectations.

Responsibilities include daily production planning, employee scheduling, hiring and training, time clock review, workflow and productivity management, garment and linen quality control, inventory and supply oversight, chemical and safety procedure compliance, route and delivery coordination, fleet vehicle coordination, customer/account follow-up, equipment and maintenance coordination for industrial washers, dryers, presses and related plant systems, documentation, software updates, and development of operating procedures and team standards.

Ideal candidate has prior experience in commercial laundry, dry cleaning, hospitality operations, manufacturing, warehouse, logistics, facilities, housekeeping, or another high-volume production management environment.  Candidate should have strong mechanical aptitude, computer skills, communication skills, attention to detail, problem-solving ability and the ability to manage multiple priorities. Candidate must be able to lead by example, communicate clearly, solve problems quickly, hold team members accountable, and maintain a positive, organized, safe and productive work environment.

Salary based on experience and total compensation includes incentive bonus program. Work schedule may include weekends and holidays.

Laundry, Dry Cleaning & Delivery Team Members – Lihue/Puhi - Seeking reliable, motivated and team-oriented individuals to join our growing commercial laundry and dry cleaning operation. We have full-time and part-time opportunities available in several areas of our business, including laundry production, dry cleaning pressing and finishing, sorting, folding, packaging, route driving, pickup and delivery, and customer service support.  

Experience is helpful, but we are willing to train the right people who are dependable, punctual, detail-oriented, able to work efficiently, and take pride in doing quality work.  

Open positions may include:

• Laundry Production Specialists Sorting, washing, drying, folding, packaging and organizing linens, towels and other commercial laundry items.
• Dry Cleaning Pressers / Finishers Pressing, finishing, inspecting and preparing garments to meet company quality standards.
• Route Drivers / Delivery Team Members Picking up and delivering laundry and dry cleaning orders, loading and unloading vehicles, maintaining route accuracy and providing professional customer service.
• Plant Support Team Members Assisting with production flow, inventory, supplies, order organization, cleaning and general plant support.

Ideal candidates are dependable, organized, comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment, and able to work well with others. Positions may require standing for extended periods, lifting, bending, loading and unloading, working around commercial laundry equipment, and maintaining a clean and safe work area.  Driver positions require a valid driver’s license, clean driving record and ability to safely operate company vehicles.

Dry Cleaner Retail Clerk (Sat & Sun) - Lihue -  We are seeking a friendly and detail-oriented Dry Cleaner Retail Clerk to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing excellent service while handling drop-offs, pickups, and payments. Responsibilities include tagging and inspecting garments, explaining cleaning services, processing transactions, and ensuring orders are completed accurately and on time. You will also assist with organizing finished orders, addressing customer inquiries, and maintaining a clean and organized front counter. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment are essential. Prior experience in customer service or retail is preferred but not required.
